How much does it cost?
We charge on a per word basis for every language ordered with optional proofread. The price excludes the translation of text contained in graphics and does not include any post translation formatting. We will advise you if there are any additional charges for you to approve.
- Initial charge of US$ 35.00 for translation up to 100 words
- Optional proofread: Additional cost of US$ 20.00 (up to 100 words)
- Per additional word: US$ 0.10 without proofread or US$ 0.16 with proofread include
What is a proofread?
A proofread is a review and edit by a second translator to ensure the context of the original text is fully understood and translated accurately. A proofread is particularly important for business translations, because there are usually multiple ways to say the same thing and the second translator can assure that the appropriate tone of voice is adopted and conventions followed for business documents.
How do I receive translated documents?
When your translation is completed you will receive your document in a PDF, TXT or RTF format as an email attachment. If you don't specify a preference, the ending format will be PDF.
